<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 29pt; TEXT-INDENT: 32pt; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312; FONT-SIZE: 16pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">（二）用户申请退还押金时，存管银行和其他支付服务机构核对相关信息后，应当于当日（至迟次日）基于原路退还原则退还用户。用户原账户发生变化的，运营企业需提供用户身份信息、押金支付信息和退款账户信息，存管银行和其他支付服务机构核对认定后再行退还。</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 仿宋_GB2312" lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT>
<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 29pt; TEXT-INDENT: 32pt; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312; FONT-SIZE: 16pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">（三）因用户违反与运营企业签订服务协议中的扣除押金条款，运营企业在向存管银行提供经用户认可的证明材料或取得用户授权后，由运营企业发起扣款指令，存管银行可按协议约定，将扣款从用户押金专用存款账户划转至运营企业指定的唯一自有银行结算账户。</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt" lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT>
