为贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于减证便民、优化服务的决策部署，按照《国务院办公厅关于做好证明事项清理工作的通知》(国办发〔2018〕47号)要求，财政部对财政领域证明事项进行了全面清理，形成了《财政部部门规章和规范性文件设定的证明事项保留目录（征求意见稿）》，现向社会公开征求意见。公众可以在2020年3月31日前，通过以下途径和方式提出意见：</P>
