<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 36pt; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-layout-grid-align: none" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋; FONT-SIZE: 18pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">（一）在中国证券投资基金业协会登记满一年、无重大违法违规记录的私募投资基金管理人。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></P>
