<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 30pt; TEXT-INDENT: 32pt; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 黑体; FONT-SIZE: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 黑体">第三十条 </SPAN><FONT face=Calibri><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312; FONT-SIZE: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: 仿宋_GB2312"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>提供住房租赁信息发布服务的网络交易平台经营者,应当依法履行联网备案责任,并对信息发布者的真实身份信息负责,不得允许未备案、被列入经营异常名录或者严重违法失信名单的住房租赁企业、房地产经纪机构及其从业人员发布房源信息。网络交易平台经营者知道或者应当知道信息发布者有提供虚假材料、虚假信息等违法情形的,应当采取删除、屏蔽相关信息等必要措施,保存相关记录,并向有关部门报告;未采取必要措施造成他人损失的,依法与信息发布者承担连带责任。</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312; FONT-SIZE: 16pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt" lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT>
