THE DISCUSS ON THE OFFSIDE PROBLEMS OF JUDICIAL REFORM OF CHINA

Abstract: At the present days, the judicial reform of china was unprecedented think highly of. But these innovations almost adopt the method of partial expanding, such as from lower to above, not the method of moving forward entirely from the above. The perform of those reforms have bring forth many problems as well as certain positive outcome. In this article, we discussed on Zero statements、 the hearing of no prosecution 、appointed jurisdiction over juvenile criminal and open discussion of collegiate bench etc. We also debate on the influence of judicial legislation and reforming break through law.
