【内容提要】我国民诉法指定管辖制度中,“特殊原因"的规定过于简略；人民法院管辖权发生争议不是指定管辖的原因；受移送的人民法院不得再行移送,只能报请指定管辖，是指定管辖制度中的特色；指定管辖应当使用裁定方式,但不能提出异议,也不得提出上诉。可以申请复议一次,复议期间不停止裁定的执行。

Abstract：The Designated Jurisdiction System OfOur Country Civil Procedure,"Special Causes"Are Stipulated Too Simple To Operate；The Dispute OfJurisdiction Isn't The Cause OfDesigned Jurisdiction;The People Court To Which Are Removed a Case Can't Refer,Only Request Designated Jurisdiction.The System Is Chinese Characteristic；The Designated Jurisdiction System Should be Employed Award In Writing,Not Only Objection to Jurisdiction But Also Lodge An Appeal,Apply For Reconsidering,But The Award Can't be Stayed the Enforcement.
