（五）矛盾经济法清晰地划定了与其他法律部门的界限，明确提出经济法是一部重要的部门法
矛盾经济法是以在物质的所有与流转过程中所产生的矛盾关系为调整对象的法律，其他法律均不调整这种关系，这是矛盾经济法与其他部门法的最根本区别，也是矛盾经济法作为一门独立的法律部门存在的最主要依据。
（六）矛盾经济法具有强大的生命力
只要有人类存在，就会有物质的所有与流转活动，那么，矛盾经济法就会存在。可以说，矛盾经济法与人类共存亡，而宪法、行政法、刑法及其他法律将随着国家的消亡而消亡。因此，矛盾经济法比其他任何法律更具强大生命力。同时，由于经济的发展，经济关系的不断更新，矛盾经济法也是与时俱进的，这也支撑了矛盾经济法的强大生命力。

On the Essence of Economic Law: the Contradictory Nature of Economic Law
[Abstract] contradiction has universality and particularity, the same time, also has indirect and direct nature; contradiction not only exists a one-dimensional nature between conflicting parties, but also exists a multi-dimensional nature. Early in human society, Material relationship firstly acts as a civil relationship, economic relationship is hidden there. With the enrichment of the wealth of society, the economic relationship by the material relationship increasingly occupy the dominant position, while the civil relationship by the material relationship is becoming more mature and basic. With the prosperity of economic relationship, the economic law for adjusting the economic relationship is also pretty clear. So, in the end what is economic law? The primary key issue is that the essence of economic law must be clarified. Nowdays,the theory of the essence of economic law mainly include intervention nature of economic law, the coordination nature of economic law, the regulation nature of economic law, and other nature of economic laws which do not reveal the essence of economic law. The most fundamental reason that the theory of the nature of economic law is so many is what the understanding of economic relationship is different. In fact, the economic relationship contain relevance and contradiction, but the contradiction is its essential feature. As this feature of economic relationship determines the essential characteristic of economic law, the essence of economic law is the contradictory nature of economic law.
