Philosophy of Law from Kant's
view of the relationship between law and morality
Abstract：All over the world know Kant was a landmark philosopher , but how many people know that he is also a brilliant philosopher of law !Kant's philosophy of law has always been based on three major critical, moral theory, in which played a major role. The relationship between law and moral law constitutes a proof for the law must pass through. This paper attempts a brief analysis of Kant's definition of law, moral theory based on the relationship between law and morality，in order to gain a deeper understanding of this ancient and profound proposition.
