Abstract: In the course of globalization of the law, on the basis of the differences between Chinese and western cultural, have raised the arguments of justice of substation and justice of procedure. In some eyes of scholars, justice of substation is always a factor of devastating human nature and backwardness, which should be criticized. This article attempts to explain the necessity and rationality of paying attention to justice of substation in native China by using the concept of substation tendency.
