内容摘要：《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》（以下简称公约）自1988年生效以来，已成为调整国际货物销售合同关系的最重要的一个统一法公约。与我国有贸易往来的发达国家，除日本和英国外，均是公约的成员国。可以预计，公约在未来将会得到更为广泛的应用。因此，研究公约的重要性不言而喻。由于公约的第一部分（适用范围和总则）是理解和运用整个公约的前提和基础，本文就此展开论述，以求教于学界同仁。

The Analysis on sphere of application and general provisions of CISG
Abstract: The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (hereinafter called cisg) has become the most important substantative convention governing international sale of goods relations since its effect in 1988. The developed countries which have a wide trade relations with China are States Parties to CISG, excluding England and Japan. Therefore, the importance of researching CISG is very obvious. This article intends to discuss part one (sphere of application and general provisions) of CISG because this part is the premise and basis for understanding and applying the whole convention.
