An Exploration into the application of the inversion of onus probandi in the medical trouble lawsuits

Abstract: Among the medical trouble lawsuits, with professional knowledge and technological means, the medical organizations always have related evidences that convey the strong ability for proving, while the patients are placed into a weak position. In order to correctly recognize and deal with this problem, beginning from the medical troubles, the author expands his exploration into the burden of proof, the inversion of the burden of proof, and the responsibility distribution between the medical agents and the patients.
