总之，我国参展企业应重视参展过程中侵权和被侵权的可能性存在，事先综合分析各项因素的存在。只有这样，参展企业才能避免侵权的同时，自身权益也能够得到有效保护。
In a word, our exhibitors shall put emphasis on the existing possibilities of infringement and being infringed on the exhibition and analyze various kinds of elements previously. Only by doing this, exhibitors can avoid infringement of other’s IPR and protect its rights and benefits effectively.
