双务合同中的抗辩权，在合同的履行中具有重要作用。它们是债权保障的法律制度，在不同的合同中，运用各种抗辩权，有助于维护交易秩序，促进双方当事人的协作，是诚实信用原则的体现。本文重点探讨了同时履行抗辩权和先履行抗辩权的作用、范围、使用条件，并阐明了不安抗辩权的使用事由以及其行使情况，以期使合同的双方当事人在履行合同中正确行使抗辩权，保护自己的合法权益。

Abstract
The plea rights in performance of duplexing compulsory contract play an important role in the performance of contract. It’s a juristic regime of loan indemnistry . In different contracts , we should use the plea rights properly. It contributes to stick up for the dealing orders and accelerates the collaboration of both clients. Besides , it embodys the principle of honest credit .The article mainly discusses the role , range and service condition of simultaneous performative plea rights and preceding performative plea rights. At the same time , the article also tell us the applicable reasons and other cases of intranqail plea rights .These makes both clients fullfil the plea rights proprly and protect their own lawful rights and interests.
