简论新时期公安执法思想和观念的破旧与立新

摘要: 执法思想和观念是涉及公安执法和管理工作的根本性问题。长期以来，由于种种因素的影响，公安执法思想和观念上存在的问题较多，已严重影响了公安执法工作。因此，正确认识转变公安执法思想和观念的重要性、必要性，深入了解问题产生的原因，探索和构建新时期公安执法思想观念的内容和途经在当前具有重要意义。

Abstract: The ideology of enforcement of the law are the basic problem that involve the public security enforce the law and administrative job. For a variety of reasons for a long time, there are
many problems on the sense of enforcement of the law. Those have influenced the public security enforcement work. So it is important and necessary to understand and change the ideology of the enforcement of the law, to make a thorough understanding of the reason which produced those problems and to form a new ideology.
