Abstract
At present，in the process of supervising the companies in our country, the supervisors
are usually very strict in the course of registering, but judging from the fact, we may see clearly that there is a trend that with the request to accelerate the speeding of working, the supervisors are more and more misguided by the thought that administrative examination is the center of the process, this thought makes some problems which have a bad effect on the society.
The writer tries to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the system, further more, the writer answered the question from his point of view if China should build the nullity of companies' establishment system through anatomizing not only the system in foreign countries, but also in related systems in China. At last, the writer table a proposal on how to establish the system.
