第四，特色办学—高校要结合本校的实际，大胆创新，“不走寻常路”，开展交叉学科的教学方式并办出自己教学的特色。在现实发生的案件中可以看出，纯粹的法律问题很少，大多数情况下涉及到各个领域的各个方面，比如：经济、建筑、医学等。仅仅培养纯粹的只懂得理解法律条文的学生已不能满足社会的需求，各高校应该结合自身的特点开展法律交叉学科的教学培养工作，办出自己的教学特色。
十八届四中全会提出全面推进依法治国，国家把依法治国提到了一个前所未有的高度。在这样一个背景下，只有切实的搞好法律实践教学工作才能为国家、社会源源不断的输送复合式法律人才，注入新鲜的血液，法治中国才能更快、更好的实现。
