对俄罗斯司法改革的认识和思考

【摘要】在当今世界的法律发展中，改革是一种最具普遍性的形式，为了尽快赶上先进国家或建立起新的社会制度，俄罗斯系统构想司法改革，通过多年努力，终于取得了丰硕成果。丰富、具体的经验材料和特殊的理论和实践尽管是在俄罗斯的特定条件下生成的，但却是使俄罗斯的法律从历史走向现代的重要因素，这对我国正在进行的司法改革是大有裨益的。

Comprehending and Pondering On the Judicial Reform of Russia
Abstract:In the contemporary development of law,reform is regarded as the most common form.In order to catch up with the developed country or set up a newly social institution,the Russia system conceives of a judicial reform and makes great performances through many years efforts.Although the abundant and concrete experiences,the special theory and practice are generated under the special terms of Russia,they are the criticial factors that change the Russia law from ancient to modern.Most of all,it is benefial to our judicial reform.
