【摘要】审判委员会是我国各级人民法院内部的最高审判组织，它的任务主要是总结交流审判经验、讨论决定疑难、复杂案件以及研究与审判工作有关的问题。但由于制度设计和运作程序上的问题，审委会制度的瑕疵日益凸显。本文拟从实践的层面对审委会制度进行反思。

Abstract: Adjudication Committee is the supreme internal trial Organization in the people’s courts ,its chief roles are communicating experience of adjudication,diciding on and discussing complicated cases and investigating the problem which is concerned with adjudication.But just owing to the problem of the institution design and operation procedure,the specks of the institution of adjudication committee emerges.The article intends to ponder over the institution from the angle of practice.
