Abstract: During the first international seminar on Sino-Japan economic law & the establishing celebration of Sino-Japan Institute of Economic Law of Central South University, experts and scholars from China and Japan discussed some hot, difficult and advanced questions on the basic theory of economic law, market control law and macro-regulation law, which is helpful and stimulating to legislation of China’s economic law and its theoretic research
