——And On the creation of compulsive contract

Abstract: Contractual justice is the basically principle of the contract law .Through the understanding of the contractual law’s development process, we could be clear with the change of the contractual law’s development principle, and understand thoroughly its future development direction. The modern contractual law appears to Limit the freedom of the contract and practice the innate contractual justice. The compulsive contract’s creation is under this premise. This article analyze the compulsive contract ‘s meaning, and the relationship with the contractual justice, and is hoped to know well about it.
