摘要：
　　医务人员能否到其他医疗机构兼职执业，而不仅限于其依法注册所在的医疗机构？此话题受到社会的广泛关注并引发激烈争论。本文作者试从法律角度探讨现行法律框架内的可行性解决方案，同时也对可以期待的医疗行业相关立法发表个人一点拙见。
Abstract:
It has been fiercely debated in recent years that whether the medical staff should be entitled to practice in other qualified organizations than the medical institution where he or she is registered as a medical professional. This hot topic has brought the medical staff to the public attention and into the storm of controversy. In this article, the writer attempts to explore a viable solution to this issue that complies with current China's laws and regulations, and more importantly, to express a personal opinion on the foreseeable relevant legislation concerning health care industry.
