总之，《反分裂国家法》是一部关系到祖国和平统一、维护国家主权和领土完整、维护中华民族的根本利益的重要法律。用法律的手段维护国家的统一，是中华民族的炎黄子孙包括台湾同胞的共同心愿，任何人、任何国家都没有理由妄加指责。我们坚信，整个世界将会发现，中国的《反分裂国家法》将是反对和遏制“台独”分裂活动的一把利剑，最终必将会促进两岸的和平统一进程，从而也会有助于亚太地区乃至世界的和平和稳定。
A Sharp Sword to Oppose and Contain “Taiwan Independence”
------- A Review on Significance of Chinese Anti-Secession Law

Abstract: Anti-Secession Law of People’s Republic of China has been adopted by the Tenth People’s National Congress on March 14th, 2005, which is of great significance for containing splitting activities of “Taiwan Independence” and speeding up the course of national reunification. With the basic legal principle, it is necessary and urgent to formulate Anti-Secession Law which reflects the basic interests and the mutual wishes of all people of Chinese descent.
