ON THE VALUE OF THE SUMMARY PROCEDURE

[Abstract]Three aspects are tackled: legitimization, significance in the as well as the substantive justice. In the first place, the essence of the legitimization in the author’s opinion lies In justifiable judgement and balance 0f the accusation and relevant existent mechanism. In the second place, the summary procedure, the author believes, has its significance in the efficiency legitimization and it is suitable for the legitimatize rules that different cases are variable in applying different legitimatize procedure, and, it can also save a lot of cost of action.
