摘要：在新的历史条件下，医患冲突表现出更为复杂的特点，从深层次研究医患冲突的原因，诚信的缺失往往被人们所忽视。医疗服务领域多数医疗纠纷源于医患双方缺乏诚信，自我为中心，过分强调经济利益，缺少人文关怀。必须加强诚信道德教育，建立健全信用法律制度，使诚实守信成为人人自我约束、自觉遵守的行为规范。

Abstract: Under the new historical condition, The Conflict between medical personnel and patients demonstrates more complicated characteristic. Studying the reason of the conflict between medical personnel and patients from profound level, the disappearance of sincerity is often ignored by people. The most medical disputes in medical service field come from that both the doctors and patients lack sincerity and humane care, they all regard themselves as the center, emphasize the economic benefits excessively. We must strengthen the sincere moral education, establish and improve the system of credit law, make the sincerity the code of conduct that everybody observes consciously.
