内容摘要:本文在对“立法官”作出较为充分的历史考究的前提下,即基于我国现有的符合国情民情的政治制度之条件和十三届全国人大一次会议对现行宪法修改之原则，特对我国现实条件下是否设置“立法官”制度，以及是否有必要制定《立法官法》等问题，从“目前再次修宪增设‘立法官’的可能性”等多个设疑方面予以了探析。
