跨国公司在国际投资中的责任及对其管制

摘要：
近几十年来，跨国公司已经在世界经济中占有重要地位，它们的活动对世界经济发展起着重要作用和影响。跨国公司具有强大的经济实力，在世界范围内追求高额利润，这就会在跨国公司子公司与东道国、子公司与与母国间、东道国与母国间，产生种种矛盾与冲突。跨国公司的活动会给有关国家以至国际社会带来不利影响，从而就会产生对其管制的法律问题。
我国面对全球化趋势，需要采取一系列措施予以应对，如修订相关法律，实施有关政策，来解决跨国公司来华投资的种种问题。
本文通过研究跨国公司在国际投资中的债务责任划分和对其不法行为的管制，而给予我国乃至广大第三世界国家以启示。
Abstract:
In the near decades,the economical relationship in the international had changed in so many aspect.Transnational corporations had took up the important places in the international economy very significantly.
The transnational corpprations have strong economical power and trace the higher profits.In this circumstance,many conflicts will appear beteen the corporations in the different nations.Thus,the activity will bring bad effects to the society,and the question of control will come out at the same time.
As far as our nation,we should mend the relavent laws and establish the relavent policys to solve the problems we may face in the future.
At last, this article can give our country ,even the nations of third world some inspires.
