地区以及其它当代少数民族受教育权保护问题探讨

摘要：我国现已初步形成少数民族教育法律制度体系，少数民族的受教育权利获得了基本的保障，但由于历史、地理、政治、经济等各方面原因，我国在少数民族受教育权保护方面还存在很多问题。本文对此进行了研究，提出了解决问题的应对举措，最后论述了解决问题的意义。

Abstract :Our country has already formed the legal system of a few national education tentatively now, ethnic minority received an education the right has obtained basic guarantee, but because history , geography , politics , economy ,etc. reasons of various fields, a lot of questions exist yet in education right protection of ethnic minority in our country. This text has carry on research to this, has proposed solving the action of dealing with of the problem, expounded the fact finally that solves the meaning of the problem.
