因病理诊断而引发医疗纠纷的成因及预防对策

摘要涉及病理学诊断的医疗纠纷和医疗诉讼逐渐增多，作者分析该类纠纷的成因。导致误诊漏诊的原因包括病理学诊断的自身局限性和医源性过失所致，后者包括病理学检查缺乏管理规范、临床医师与病理医师缺乏沟通、病理工作者责任心问题以及病理报告不严谨等。加强医院管理，提高诊断水平，履行告知义务，加强临床沟通和坚持疑难会诊仍是避免纠纷的有效方法。

【Abstract】Medical disputes and litigations of pathologic diagnosis had increased grsdually.Misdiagnosis ang missed diagnosis were the primary cause.,which was maden by the own limitations of pathologic diagnosis and iatrogenic error. Iatrogenic error include defaulting administrative standard,shorting of communication between pathologist and clinician,being pressed of responsibility and lacking rigorous pathologic replacement.The countermeasure inclued：①Strengthening hospital management；②Improving the ability of pathologic diagnosis；③Accelerating communication beteen pathologic doctors and clinical doctors；④Implementing the system of informed consent；⑤convening consultation for difficult pathologic diagnosis
