『摘要』据国际机构透明组织（Transparency International）发表的报告显示，中国是目前世界上商业贿赂情况较为严重的国家之一，商业贿赂给我国的经济与社会带来了严重的危害。虽然对商业贿赂的规定在法律上并非空白，但是法律规范的零散性足不能应对如今商业贿赂现象的严重性与复杂性，随着国家对反商业贿赂的日益重视，出台一部真正意义上的反商业贿赂法是适时与必要的。

The Legal Analysis about Commercial Bribery in China

Abstract: According to the report from international agency ——Transparency International, China is one of the more serious countries about commercial bribery problem in the present world .The commercial bribery has brought much serious harm to economy and the whole society. Commercial bribery is not blank in China’s legal system, but the legislation is scattered. Therefore it can not be applied to solve the more gravity and complexity phenomenon of the present commercial bribery. With the country’s attaching importance to the anti-commercial bribery, it is the time to legislate an anti-commercial bribery law.
