【内容摘要】在马克思列宁主义基本原理的指导下，以科学的世界观方法论为基础，深入探讨了犯罪的概念、本质与特征及其相互关系，犯罪构成、构成要件及其相互关系。通过犯罪构成理论的历史沿革介绍，将大陆法系与我国的犯罪构成理论进行比较。犯罪构成要件之间具有相对独立的统一性。理解和论证了犯罪客体作为构成要件之一的不可或缺性。

【Abstract】 Guided by the principles of Marxism and Leninism, studied deeply on the basis of scientific world-view and methodology are the general ideas and essence and appearance and the relationship between them of crime, and constitution of crime and essential elements of constitution of crime . Through evolution of criminal law study, the continental law system is compared with sinicization about the study of constitution of crime .The unity of essential elements is dialectical .The object of crime is essential as one of elements of constitution of crime.
