on Guaranteeing Women’s Rights and Interests in Family Violence

Abstract: Women’s Rights and Interests Guaranteeing Law modified on August28,2005 definitely prohibits family violence to women ,and regulates the supervision and rielf measures and the legal responsibilities should be undertaken .On account of these ,aiming at accelerating the perfection of relevant legislation and mechanism, this text focuses on how to guarantee women’s rights and interests of family violence in new era ,defines family violence ,analyses the causes of family violence ,demonstrates the necessity of banning family violence ,and mainly probes into countermeasures and steps against family violence.
