结束语：文化是社会的血液和灵魂，乡风文明是社会主义新农村的重要内涵。目前，我国农村文化正处于“文化矛盾凸显期”和“文化发展战略机遇期”，应整合社会力量，走出农村文化的冲突困境，构建农村可持续文化动力，实现农村文化现代化。第三种力量为农村文化的发展进行资源的原创性变革，包括农村社区文化的建设、城乡文化交流的拓展等诸多方面，并与其他各力量形成良性互动，从而在新农村建设中，真正实现文化的价值创造与价值贡献。
