Abstract: In view of the relevant regulation of the hearing system, this article expounds the scope of application of the hearing system in the administrative enforcement of law, the situation of application and the procedure of application. It also expounds that these three aspects should be further completed. The author hopes that this article can provide some help in the practical administrative enforcement law.
