结 语
建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务。在新农村建设中如何利用好农业补贴制度所蕴含的利益机制，在最大的限度内对我国的农业进行支持与保护，进而实现农民增收，在利益分配层面达到最优，是摆在我们面前的重要课题。我们相信在良性的利益机制作用下，农业补贴制度会在新农村建设中发挥其应有的制度作用。

Abstract: Agriculture is a foundation of the national economy. It is very important to build up the agricultural subsidy policy progressively in our country, keep the rational level of the price of agricultural products and set up the agricultural protection system progressively. The weak quality of agriculture has determined the importance and necessity of the agricultural subsidy. The essence of the agriculture subsidy is the subsidies of interests, its content, form and purpose to replenish embody obvious interests attribute invariably. We can analyze the system of agricultural subsidy of our country from the visual angle of the interests, and construct the benign interests mechanism.
