The research of the disappearance of the rural worker from the economic law visual angle

Abstracts: China has been regarded cheap labour as “unlimited supply”, after 20 years of development, but unexpectedly large scope of the “shortage of migrant workers”, it has become the key issues which endangers China’s economic development prospects. The question of "The disappearance of the rural worker " needs to carry on analysis and discussion in terms of every discipline such as economics, sociology , which need to carry on under economic law especially. Interest as the theoretical basis points, we interpret the phenomenon of “shortage of migrant workers”, analyse the causes of the problem, and choose the path for the solution of “shortage of migrant workers”.
